Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Embedded Linux Engineer at Unmanned Defense Systems, you will:

• Develop and maintain embedded Linux systems for UAS.
• Integrate software with hardware components like sensors and communication modules.
• Optimize performance, debug issues, and enhance reliability and security.
• Conduct software testing, including simulations and field validations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document technical solutions.

What We Look For

• 3+ years of embedded Linux development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, real-time OS, and communication protocols.
• Knowledge of hardware interfaces, device drivers, and cybersecurity principles.
• Creativity and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Aerospace or defense industry experience.
• FPGA programming or AI/ML integration expertise.
